7 years???

Legally Lois and Clark were declared married in 2011. However, their public wedding ceremony was interrupted by Darkseid and they weren’t able to continue their ceremony with the exchanging of the rings. As seen in Clark’s dream sequence depicting their inevitable future in Salvation, the ring seen on Lois’s finger is in fact a wedding ring alluding to her marriage to Clark Kent/Superman in the year of 2013. However, the ring is not present on her hand in the flash forward to 2017 in Homecoming. Lois & Clark are still married in 2017, and the absence of the ring is merely to keep their romantic lives separate from their professional lives during work hours. In the flash forward sequence of 2018 on May 13 seven years later Lois and Clark decide to have another public ceremony.

That’s my story.
